There have been a lot of rumors floating around claiming that Francia and Selena are not friends anymore. These rumors were started by radar and star magazine which are two of the least credible sources (lower credibility than hollywoodlife and that is saying something). The rumors were then popularized by Selena's second fanbase , the Justin Bieber fans. These asylum escapees have been hell bent on trying to ruin Selena's image and have gone to the extents of photoshopping and making videos on tiktok viral.
According to the "sources" , Selena apparently drinks a lot and Francia did not like her "hard partying habits". To that we say , are your sources fcked in the head lmao?

A celebrity gossip site that verifies and confirms other celebrity gossip and checks facts reveals that the news of Francia and Selena not being friends because of her "drinking" is faker than a certain couple's wedding (not their words , it's mine).

Moving on from that , there is a small part of the rumor that is true. The small fallout that they had. However , this was back in 2017.
Back in 2017 , Francia donated her kidney to Selena who was suffering from Lupus. When Francia got to know Selena needed a transplant , she agreed to donate even though Selena did not want her to.

She (Selena) did not want me to do it. So I called her assistant and said "give me the information". She did not want me to do it but I insisted.

However , Selena's second fanbase made their way here as well and claimed that Selena manipulated Selena into giving her the kidney ALL because of fake stories spread by non credible sources. The rumors heightened when Selena called Francia "the girl that gave me the kidney" instead of Francia.

THE SMALL FEUD/FALLOUT
Around the end of 2017 , Selena and Francia had a small feud over Justin Bieber.
Francia was NEVER a fan of Justin because she had seen how he cheated on her and broke her heart multiple times over the years. Francia has apparently warned Selena to not go back to him several times in the past but Selena never listened.
She danced with Selena on the "your boyfriend is a douchebag" video which is a diss against Justin for cheating on Selena with Barbara Palvin and Rita Ora.
When Justin approached Selena as a friend , Francia warned Selena to not get with him or talk to him. Back then , there was no stopping Selena when it came to Justin. She ignored Francia and went running to Justin.

As expected , Justin broke up with Selena because she said no to marrying him. Two months after the break up , he got married to Hailey Baldwin (now Bieber). Selena was once again left heartbroken and it affected her a lot.
Sources say that Francia was there for Selena at the time and helped her through the break up. They even went on a yacht trip together on September 2018.
Till today , Selena and Francia remain very good friends. They never had a fallout and they never stopped being friends. Francia even supported Selena when she called out a show's producers for making fun of her transplant :
