Hailey loves to maintain an image on the outside that she is this perfect person that does not drink or smoke but the truth cannot be farther away. This might come as a surprise to many people but Hailey is really not as innocent as a lot of people make her.
Aside from being a regular smoker , she has a slight issue with alcohol as well.
SMOKING :
Hailey has been smoking for a very long time , even from before she turned eighteen. However , she was not relevant at the time so there are no papparazi pictures of that. In the coming years however , she got a brand new last name and her career started picking up. Hailey usually smokes weed or rolled up Marijuana.

When this information was released to Instagram , a lot of Hailey fans did what they do best and sent death threats claiming that everyone was a liar except their racist idol.

In May 2021 , a pap catches Hailey smoking and calls her out
The post was captioned as shown above. In the comment section , the pap says sarcastically to a commenter that Hailey should have hid when she was smoking blunt with Justin instead.
However , Hailey's team got to him before this could go viral and threatened him into deleting it, Hailey has an A+++++ pr team that will go to any extent to protect her image. That is what they did and the comment was deleted. The post was archived for a few days before it was eventually back on his profile.
Hailey smokes a lot and she usually does it when she is at home with friends or when she is with Justin. Her and Justin smoke together and get high a lot of the time. She does not smoke in public because she wants to maintain an 'virgin mary' image but sometimes her urge gets too much and she cannot stop herself.
DRINKING :
Hailey has always had a problem with alcohol. Calling her an addict would be too far . The problem is that once she starts drinking , she cannot stop. She doesn’t know when to stop and most of the time , she ends up passing out. Whenever she is at home , she is either high or passed out. Since she is almost always drunk (when she’s not on social media) , she cannot help Justin.
Many people think Hailey is helping Justin overcome his addiction problem.
How can she help when she herself is one drink away from an alcohol addiction?
Scooter Braun tries so hard to convince the world that Hailey is helping Justin but she really is not. Justin is back on drugs and his addiction might return if he does not get professional help. A lot of people might say Justin is a grown man and does not need Hailey to babysit him but unfortunately he does.
Justin is already back on drugs and is back to smoking marijuana. He started off for medicinal purposes and is now back to regularly smoking. Hailey has the power to stop him from getting addicted but she can't because she is either too high to care or is already drunk and passed out before him.
HAILEY AS A DRUNK :
Hailey is a very loud and annoying drunk. She comes off as very attention seeking and is all over the nearest guy or girl. This is one of the other main reasons she does not drink in public. Again , her image is very important to her and she and her team will go to any extent to protect it.
In conclusion ,
Hailey does drink and do drugs on a daily basis. Sometimes , Justin and Hailey get high together and share blunts with each other. It's just their weird kink. Theydo drugs and/or drink right before....... you know.
I am not shaming Hailey's character in any way. She is a young celebrity and it is totally normal for her to smoke. This does not make her any less of a person and does not make her a bad person.
